![]() ![]() If you cant afford blazt/ecutalk/plms one, then get one of the chinese ones with a decent ftdi based usb/serial adaptor. ![]() Good rule of thumb is if they dont have the know-how to design their own circuit (emancellc on USA ebay are other rip-off merchants of someone else's circuit design, emance also hacked OBD scantech software renaming it 'emance consult' and getting around the serial protection, back when it wasnt free, and distributed that with his cables, he also copies commercial tunes and sells them as his own), they probably wont be able to support the product properly if you had any problems etc. picture of his ebay ad after h-dev changed the pictures on their website is here he also ripped off h-dev ROM tunes in the past and was selling them (under his old ebay username gromerr/aisdeal before ebay shut him down, he since re-registered under cranker10). Click to expand.id would not suggest buying from that Latvian guy, not that the cable wont work (it probably will), but because he's a scammer, he committed mail fraud to receive a large shipment of blazt OBDII cables for free (blazt left out of pocket) and his consult cables are nothing more than a rip-off of the blazt USB ones (how good quality a rip-off who knows, but surely not as good as the original). ![]()
